STAGE I
Objective
To purchase a suitable block of land and converting same in to a well planed Agro forestry project. An extent of 25 acres & 02 roods (10.2 ha) was purchased & developed in to a well laid out Agro-Forestry Estate as planned, thus providing Irrigation, worker housing & a network of road & foot paths within the Project area.

STAGE II
Plan Envisaged
- To architecturally design the layout of ten Chalets (few using existing Rock Caves), Central Dining facility and construct & complete the Natural water pool.
- To develop ( macadamize or lay concrete) an extent of one kilometer of access road to the Site and obtain three phased Electricity and Solar Energy.
- Obtain necessary approvals from the relevant local Authorities to implement the plan to set up a medium scale Eco-friendly Tourism Project to cater to 50 Tourists at a time.
